Property blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Also featured in this latest image drop appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in notations in red and includes a legend detailing distinct parts of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, including designs for marina coverings.
More images released as part of the current congressional process.
